Thomas Davidson
Director

Thomas is a strategy professional with over 15 years' experience in developing and implementing growth led strategies, strategic execution and delivering performance improvement initiatives. His strengths include his strong commercial acumen, stakeholder engagement and strategic thinking skills gained from his experience working in strategy roles at PwC (including Strategy&), Bankwest, iiNet Limited and most recently as Head of Strategy & Digital at Elders Limited (an ASX200 Agribusiness).

Thomas has a variety of experience, including: 

• Holding several senior strategy roles across PwC, Elders Limited and iiNet Limited as well as advised multiple companies on strategy, performance improvement and strategic initiatives

• Facilitated over 50 successful and engaging strategic planning processes across corporate, not for profit and government organisations

• Developed a 3 year strategy for a private equity owned logistics provider targeting growth in core and adjacent markets, while building on existing competitive advantage and key capabilities

• Delivered and implemented an operating model review for a leading financial services business to better align its operating model to its strategy, improve ways of working and drive agility and efficiencies across the business

• Led the development of an Australian market entry strategy for a NZSE listed software and telematics provider leveraging its competitive advantage in safety

• Led the development of a 3 year growth strategy for an ASX listed SaaS business servicing the mining, waste water treatment and waste management industries globally, targeting $100m revenue growth in 5 years through organic and inorganic means

• Developed an innovation and renewable energy strategy for an ASX listed Oil and Gas producer considering emerging trends in renewable energy, including energy demand, behind the grid power solutions and future trends in power storage

• Delivered an operational efficiency program for a large private infrastructure business to target incremental savings across operations including initiative identification, execution planning and stakeholder management

• Undertook a pricing strategy review to determine the optimal pricing structure to compete and win for a privately owned SaaS business in the medical and allied health space

Thomas holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and a Bachelor of Commerce (with Distinction) from Deakin University.
